Jessyca Reeves is the Chief Operating Officer at Operation X Studios, where she leads business operations, production strategy, and creative development. In her role, she manages cross-departmental coordination, oversees client and studio projects, and ensures the company’s growth by aligning operational excellence with artistic vision.

Alongside her executive leadership, Jessyca is a screenwriter and director. She is currently the writer/director of the short film For You, Paige, a suspense-thriller exploring the dangers of online exposure; the screenwriter of the short film The Attic in development; and the writer/director of The Fraying, her debut feature film in early development.

Whether in the boardroom or on set, Jessyca brings a unique blend of organizational leadership and creative storytelling, using her dual expertise to champion innovative projects and amplify underrepresented voices in film.
